After the service has been delivered by Linguify Translations, any errors found that are attributable to our team will be corrected promptly and at no additional cost. However, if the work was already shared with you for review or approval prior to delivery, printing, or dispatch, a nominal fee may apply for preparing a revised set of documents.
We kindly request that you inspect the delivered work promptly upon receipt. If you identify any issues attributable to our side, please notify us at info@linguifytranslations.com so we can address the problem and arrange for a corrected delivery as soon as possible. Once the service has been delivered, ownership of the completed work is transferred to you.

Refunds
If a customer requests to cancel the order when we have started working on it then it should be our choice whether to refund or not.
